We ship NL orders via PostNL (1-2 business days, €5.95, free over €100). EU shipping available (3-5 days, €9.95). International options on request.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track directly via PostNL or through your account dashboard.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging. Sale items final sale. Return shipping €5.95 (deducted from refund).

Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement.

Yes. If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days. We'll arrange a free exchange (subject to availability). You can also exchange in-store.
